"Kenneth was very professional and worked diligently on the boiler, taking it apart and cleaning it thoroughly. He was able to ignite the Boiler so we have hot water now. He advised that we need a new boiler as the company that had manufactured ours is out of business and you cannot get parts for it any more which we agreed to pursue. Kenneth went the extra mile to help us and we would definitely recommend him."
